Operators wishing to dispute specific findings should write to the same address with a subject line beginning "Operator response - [operator name]" and include the specific finding, the disputed detail and any supporting evidence. Substantive responses are appended to the affected review.

Press enquiries and speaking requests are handled ad hoc; please include your outlet, deadline and topic. Comment is offered where the site's editorial position is relevant.
Response times
Reader questions: within five working days on average. Correction requests: within two working days on average. Operator responses: within ten working days, longer where the underlying evidence requires re-testing.
What we do not do
