Editorial mission
AA Info exists to publish a transparent, testable review methodology for non gamstop casinos. The site is an editorial resource. It carries no operator advertising, accepts no operator payment for placement, and treats consumer-warning framing as a load-bearing requirement rather than a footnote.
Who runs this site
The site is written by Grace Thornton, a consumer reviewer with seven years' experience in operator-rating frameworks across regulated and offshore gambling markets. Grace's background is on the review side, not on the operator side. She has never been employed by a gambling operator and does not hold an economic interest in one.
How we work
Every review published on this site is derived from a real funded account, a documented deposit-to-withdrawal cycle, and a fixed scoring rubric. The rubric weights are published on the rating criteria page. Individual operator scores can move as evidence changes; the weights themselves change at most once per year, with prior notice.
Funding and independence
The site does not currently accept operator payments, sponsored placements or affiliate commissions on operator sign-ups. If that ever changes, the change will be disclosed at the top of every page. The absence of an affiliate stack is deliberate - it removes the single largest source of score distortion in this space.
Corrections and complaints
Errors are corrected. Substantive corrections are noted at the top of the affected page along with the date and reason. Complaints about editorial coverage can be raised through the contact page. Operators disputing specific findings are invited to submit evidence on the same channel; substantive operator responses are appended to the affected review.
What we cover and what we do not
The site covers non-UKGC-licensed operators marketing to a UK-reader audience. It does not cover sports betting, bingo verticals or lottery products in depth - those are separate markets with their own review dynamics. It also does not cover UKGC-licensed operators - there are already many independent reviews of those, and the consumer-protection landscape is different.
